Our team has recently completed a full overhaul of the 60 MW Rangipo G6 turbine, part of Genesis Energy’s Tongariro Power Scheme in the central North Island.

The 60MW Rangipo G6 machine forms part of the Genesis Energy Tongariro scheme in the central North Island.
> Excudo was selected to deliver major maintenance activities on the turbine covering; full disassembly, refurbishment, reassembly/alignment and commissioning support. Of particular significance was the complete replacement of the draft tube suction cone, runner repairs, cheek plate replacement and guide vane & lever replacements.
> We delivered this complex and multifaceted project on time and with meticulous attention to detail and quality outcomes. The project allowed us to showcase our full suite of skills including Project Management, Project Engineering, Site Machining, Site Fitting & Alignment.
